who knows?

My word for this year is LEARN.

So it just makes sense to use this Year of Sundays to reflect on 52 of my most significant Life Lessons.   Some may seem more significant than others, but each one has changed how I live my life in powerful way.   I’d love to h ear if and how any of these same lessons have surfaced in the classroom of Your Life.

No one else has it all figured out either.

Have you ever felt like you’re The Only One who doesn’t  understand something that everyone else does?

Me too.

I have so many questions about:

  • faith;
  • religion;
  • politics;
  • social responsibility;
  • cruelty;
  • why people continue to make the same choices, expecting different results
  • that ‘rule of 9‘ to determine if I’ve transposed numbers;
  • and how to separate egg whites The Right Way.

Most of my Life Teachers have tried to remind me that life is all about the questions.   That’s encouraging because I realized years ago that My List of Questions is endless.   I have way more questions than answers.

When I made that realization, it seemed like everyone else DID have The Answers.

They don’t though.  What they might have is Their Answer.  It’s up to me to figure out mine ~ or live with The Questions.

Who knows?

How do you live with The Questions?

  1. You are so right, the questions seem to increase rather than decrease! An answer to one of my questions that has come to me recently, is that while I am an adventuresome person, the trips I had on my bucket list to far away lands seem less exciting to me compared with any time that I can spend with my family, they are THE adventure for me.

  2. It’s taken me awhile to embrace the maxim “there is no stupid question” for myself. While I have told it (and meant it) to students for years, I was extremely reluctant to ask my own questions for way too long. Life changes a few years ago changed that and helped me begin to ask my own questions. How freeing it has been!!!
